Ordered 2 different small (10 inch) pizzas they were great. They actually filled the entire box! Well worth the money. Putting Mamma's at the top of my list.👍👍

So tonight on the way home from work I decided to stop and pick up a pizza. At the same time I arrived at least 4-5 other people showed up. The guy took my order and I sat and waited. The girl server who was working knew one of the customers that came in the same time as me and gave him “VIP” treatment. I waited patiently and then noticed everyone who came in at the same time as me or after had already gotten their food and left. The girl server talked to everyone but me to make sure their order was in the works. I finally looked at the person sitting next to me who was waiting and asked her if I was invisible since no one acknowledged me. She laughed...the guy must have heard me and then out of nowhere my food was done. It had been sitting there the whole time. The food was good but the customer service was not. Please treat everyone equally and prepare meals in order as they are placed. “VIP” treatment should be for every customer.

Good lunch buffet for the price

Great food as always. Good service. Seating leaves a little to be desired due to being all booths except one table. Amazing food.

The food is good. But there is a woman that works there she is snobby. She talks Italian or Spanish. I do not know if she is the Owner or related to the Owner but she was very snobby. She acted like she was doing me a favor by serving me. No smile on her face. Just asked me what I wanted. She did not even say Hi. But when a White man and his two sons came in she told them hi and gave them a menu. By the way Where is the nice sweet waitress that was there at first? The American White woman. She was nice to everyone.

Was in Roanoke Va. Had lunch. I shared 2 types of Steak sandwich loved both some of the best I had in a long time.

I was served by Geordiana and she really made my visit worth while. Absolutely great service and an interesting twist on the buffet formula where they bring the food to you. The price was good and I left more than full. The food wasn't life changing but it was definitely enjoyable and a good bit better than what you will get in most buffets. Mamma's is worth your time to pay a visit to!

The all you can eat lunch from 11 to 2 is a good deal

Cute place, nice people, however shop needs updating. Price is decent for the food. Ordered cheese fries and they were plain fries with a mountain of cheese. No seasoning at all, not even salt and pepper. Salad was okay, just shredded lettuce, with some cut up meat and cheese. Pizza was good for what I expected.

Too much grease in the food no gluten free options

The most valuable part of dining out is the food and customer service experience. I’ve traveled a lot and Mamma’s Pizza has impressed me. Amazing customer service on 03/11/20. Made an off menu item on request (shrimp scampi), food made fresh and quickly and with an attentive and positive attitude. This staff should be promoted, they’ve represented this franchise well. Do note the menu online is not updated, I will try to upload the current one. I can vouch for the garlic knots, boneless wings, and chicken and spinach ravioli as well as our off menu shrimp scampi.

Walked in and instantly fell in love with the friendly people and bright clean eating area. Great food and great customer service. A variety of Italian food. Large portions for a great price. I will be back

I have to say that the word on the street for this local pizza place did not live up to the hype. I thought it was EXTREMELY over priced and at 6PM picking up dinner the pizzas from the lunch buffet were still for sale. The wings are small, tasteless, and greasy and not worth their price in any stretch of the imagination. 2 large pizzas with 5 total toppings, 2 meats and 3 veggies, divided between the two was closer to $50 than $40. They were very lightly topped.I would not have a sit down meal there. The entire shopping strip is in need of some major renovations. One will notice the many vacant spaces.

The pizza smells amazing, but the taste is lacking. I hope hoping for something amazing since it is a small place and from the outside the smell drew me in. My whole family was so disappointed.

I spent $40 here and didn't get anything I ordered. I ordered alfredo with salmon salad, sausage pasta with salmon salad and garlic knots and all I got was an order of tortellini i didn't order. When I called the first time no answer. The second time they said they refuse to do anything about it and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. The food i did get made me sick all night into the next day. Don't order from Mamas pizza if you do get what you order you'll get sick. I'm infuriated I work hard for my money and it's hard to get hours during the virus. I didn't want to waste 40 of my money on a trashy restaurant that treats their customers like they're worthless.

This place is always really busy, which sometimes causes issues. I have waited 15 20 mins after my to go order was supposed to be ready; so close to a hour before. One of those times my order was actually ready they just weren't paying attention and I had to get back up and ask for my order again. The buffet is not something I'd really recommend. Not much selection and kinda expensive. Now with all of that said we still love pizza from here. Their pizza is really good and worth it so long as you don't mind waiting.
